Kurzbiographie

Laura Paulina Mathiaszyk is a German PhD student and soon postdoctoral scientist, with a first paper under review and others presented at international leading conferences, like the Babson College Entrepreneurship Research Conference in 2011 and 1014. She gained professional experience in different consultancies, such as VokDams Consulting or Effectuation Intelligence, an international consultant network. Besides, she is highly involved in a variety of institutions and associations, like the Society for Effectual Action, the Academy of Management (AOM) or the Federal Association of Business Economists (bdvb). As an internationally active young researcher and scientist, she participated in various doctoral workshops, including the Doctoral Retreat of Entrepreneurship as Making (DREAM) held by leading scientist in the field of effectuation research. Laura wants to enhance her research to the field of social entrepreneurship and strives for international research cooperation. Laura is currently working on international publications about corporate entrepreneurship, and strategic entrepreneurship. She has a cross border network of excellent and supporting researchers, especially in the field of entrepreneurship and effectuation, such as Saras Sarasvathy or Stuart Read. Inspired by the effectual concept, Laura collaborates with other researchers, and thus strives for spill-over effects from different fields of research.
